Reader questions can identify a useful topic, but they cannot by themselves justify a page. Every published route must solve a distinct user job and pass the same publication checks.
Source and claim standard
Health-adjacent guidance begins with reputable primary or professional sources. We distinguish source-backed general guidance from European M6 product facts and do not turn education into a diagnosis or treatment claim.
Publication checks and templates
Templates may support consistency, but a page is published only when it answers a distinct reader question with original practical value, working links, accurate metadata, visible sources, and a clear evidence boundary.
Corrections and updates
Pages show a modification date. Material corrections should change both the visible copy and structured metadata. Readers can raise a correction through the official Instagram profile with the page URL, disputed statement, and supporting source; sensitive information should not be sent by direct message.
Commercial independence
An official Amazon link may appear beside educational content. That commercial path does not change the safety threshold, source selection, or wording of the guidance.
